Each vehicle model sold by FMF EV is subject to model-specific Guarantee terms.

Guarantee coverage shall be defined by:

• A time-based Guarantee period, or

• A kilometre-based Guarantee limit,

whichever occurs first, as specified in the individual vehicle’s Guarantee documentation and sales agreement.

Warranty scope, coverage, exclusions, and conditions vary between models and manufacturers and are disclosed at the point of sale.

All vehicle maintenance and servicing must be carried out strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s prescribed service schedule and the maintenance plan disclosed during the sales agreement.

Failure to comply with the required service schedule may result in:

​

• Voidance of warranty coverage;

• Rejection of warranty claims;

• Additional service and repair costs being borne by the customer.

All cost and savings calculations shown are estimates only, based on an electricity rate of $0.38 per kWh for home charging, assumed average monthly driving distances (e.g. 1,000 km per month), published vehicle energy consumption figures, and prevailing Fiji electricity and fuel prices. Actual savings will vary depending on individual driving behaviour, vehicle type and engine capacity (for fuel vehicles), fuel consumption (litres), energy consumption rates, terrain, payload, maintenance costs, charging patterns, tariff conditions, and changes in electricity and fuel prices. FMF EV makes no representation or guarantee regarding actual costs or savings. Terms & conditions apply.

All pre-sale deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Deposits will not be refunded if:

• The buyer changes their mind;

• The buyer fails to obtain finance or financing approval;

• The buyer withdraws from the transaction for any reason after placing the deposit.

The buyer acknowledges that a deposit:

• Reserves the vehicle and removes it from sale;

• Prevents other interested customers from purchasing the vehicle;

• Causes direct commercial loss to FMF EV through lost sales opportunities.

By placing a deposit, the buyer expressly accepts and agrees to this non-refundable condition.

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GUARANTEE OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FMF EV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use or inability to use the Site;

• The content on the Site;

• Any linked third-party website;

• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in operation.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
